Baby Teeth by Meg Grehan Blog Tour

Hi! My name is Meg Grehan and my latest book, Baby Teeth has just been released! It’s about a vampire named Immy falling in love with Claudia, a human, while grappling with her own sense of identity. Thank you so much to (fill in) for hosting this post about some autumnal reads I love!

It’s officially autumn! Every year, as soon as September arrives, I start craving witchy reads. To me the perfect autumn read is something a little spooky, creepy and full of magic. These are some of my favorite autumnal reads:

All Our Hidden Gifts by Caroline O’Donoghue

I read this one really recently and it had me gripped the whole time. It has tarot, magic and characters you can’t help but root for. We follow Maeve who’s life is thrown into chaos when she finds a tarot deck hidden in her school. I loved it and can’t wait for the sequel.

Spellbook of the Lost and Found by Moira Fowley Doyle

Spellbook of the Lost and Found is one of my favourite books, it’s just so beautifully written. I couldn’t put it down, it’s so absorbing and I found myself highlighting and tabbing constantly!. We follow two best friends who have started to lose things, some small and inconsequential, some very important. It’s full of secrets and mysterious characters and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

These Witches Don’t Burn by Isabel Sterling

Hannah is an elemental witch who must keep her magic secret but when a blood-ritual is performed at a party she’s at, everything spirals out of control. This is the first book in a duology and I loved both books. I love that this one is set in Salem and that Hannah works in a magic shop, the settings were so witchy and atmospheric!

Kissing the Witch by Emma Donoghue

This one might not be YA but I can’t help but recommend it to anyone who’ll listen! It’s a collection of thirteen fairytale retellings focusing on the women and their strength, growth and bravery. It’s beautiful and queer and I love it a lot.
